Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

KeyFrame Media ("we", "us") makes promotional videos from photographs supplied by real estate professionals. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor, who receives that information directly.

Why we collect it

To produce and deliver the video you ordered, to invoice you, to answer your questions, and to keep a record of the original unaltered images so that either of us can demonstrate what was real if a question is ever raised about the listing media.

Who we share it with

We use third-party services to run the business, and your data passes through some of them:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Original uploaded photographs and delivered video files are retained for twelve months from delivery, then deleted. We keep this record deliberately: California requires that original, unaltered images of digitally altered listing media be available on request. Contact details and invoices are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email hello@keyframelisting.com and we will respond within 45 days. You may also ask us to delete your listing photographs at any time, including before the twelve months are up.

Ownership of your images

You keep every right you had in the photographs you send us. By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to use those photographs and you grant us permission to process them for the purpose of making your video. We will not use your listing photographs or finished video as a public sample or case study without asking you first, in writing.

Security

Uploads go to a private Google Drive folder that is not publicly listed or indexed. Access is limited to the people producing your video. No system is perfect; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

Clients outside the United States

We work with agents worldwide. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with its own data protection law, note that your files are stored and processed on servers in the United States, and that our AI processing providers may also operate outside your region. By placing an order you are asking us to transfer your data for that purpose. You keep whatever access, correction, deletion and portability rights your local law gives you — email us and we will honour them on the same timeline as above.

Children

This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, for active clients, say so by email.

This policy is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a California attorney review it before you rely on it — particularly the CCPA section and the postal address requirement, which you will need to complete once you have a business mailing address.
