Terms of Service
These terms apply when you order a video from KeyFrame Media. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. What we do
We produce short promotional videos from photographs you supply. Each photograph is turned into a short moving clip using AI models, and those clips are edited together with music, transitions and optional title and end cards. We do not photograph properties, and we do not alter the property shown in your photographs.
2. What you promise us
- You own or are licensed to use every photograph, logo, headshot and piece of listing information you send, and you have the seller's permission to market the property.
- The listing details you give us — address, beds, baths, square footage, price — are accurate. We reproduce what you send; we do not verify it.
- You will not ask us to remove, add or alter any physical feature of a property.
3. AI-generated motion and disclosure
Camera movement in your video is digitally simulated from still photographs. No aerial or walkthrough footage is captured. We supply disclosure language with every delivery and include a short on-screen notice at the end of the video.
You are responsible for advertising compliance. As the licensed professional, only you can determine what your MLS, your broker and applicable law require — including California AB 723, which since 1 January 2026 has required written disclosure for digitally altered listing media. Our disclosure language is provided as a convenience and is not legal advice.
4. Music
Music is drawn from a commercially licensed catalogue. The licence covers your use of the delivered video to market the property and your business. It does not transfer any ownership of the underlying composition or recording to you, and it does not permit extracting the audio for separate use. If you supply your own music, you warrant that you hold the rights, and you indemnify us against any claim arising from it.
5. Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 hours from a complete, paid order — photos, listing details and branding all received. Rush is 12 hours for the stated fee. If we cannot meet the stated turnaround, we will tell you as soon as we know and refund any rush fee.
6. Revisions
Every package includes one round of changes. A round means one consolidated list, sent at once. It covers swapping up to two photos, changing the music lane, reordering shots, and correcting text on the title or end card. It does not cover a change of package length, a different property, or a re-shoot of the concept. Requests must be sent within 14 days of delivery.
Further rounds are $40 each. Separately, and regardless of your revision round, if the first cut is so far off the brief that a revision would not save it, we will re-cut it once from scratch at no charge.
6b. What you receive
Every order is delivered by a Google Drive link containing two things: the final edited video as a widescreen 16:9 MP4 at 1080p HD, and a folder of the individual AI motion clips — one per photo in your package, unedited and without music. Both are covered by the usage rights in section 8.
A vertical 9:16 version for social platforms is available as a paid add-on. We do not sell upscaled 4K, because the AI-generated motion is produced at roughly 1080p and resizing it adds file size rather than detail.
Individual clips are supplied as a convenience and are subject to the same disclosure obligations as the finished video — they contain digitally simulated camera movement. If you publish a clip on its own, the disclosure still applies.
7. Payment, cancellation and refunds
- Payment is due when you place the order. Production begins once payment clears.
- Cancel before production starts and you are refunded in full.
- Satisfaction guarantee. If the delivered video is not right, you may use your included revision round. If it still is not right, notify us within seven days of delivery and we will refund the order in full. The refund is conditional on the video not having been published, broadcast or used in marketing — if it has been used, it has been accepted.
- The refund covers the video production fee. It does not cover a change of mind about the property, a listing that sold or was withdrawn, or a request to switch to a different property after production has started.
- The monthly plan and bulk multi-listing orders are billed up front. The monthly plan covers four Showcase videos in the month, does not roll unused videos forward, and can be cancelled any time effective at the end of the current billing period. The guarantee applies per video.
8. Ownership and use
You keep all rights in the photographs and branding you supply. On payment in full, you receive an unlimited, perpetual right to use the delivered video for any lawful marketing purpose. We retain ownership of our production templates, project files and processes.
We will not publish your video or photographs as a sample or case study without your written permission. If you grant it, you can withdraw it later and we will take the sample down.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or lost commission. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County.
